The Warrior

I will fight till the end
It is of my duty to defend
I will not falter, or fall away.
My place is here, my feet will not stray.
I take up my sword unto them,
The enemy, in blood they shalt swim.

This war of destruction is begun
The splintering of iron alive with the sun.
Fight the cowards, destroy the enemy
In waves of sorrow and agony.
Unbreakable in body as I am in spirit
Till I am swung into the grave; thus blackened pit.
May God have mercy on the souls of men
When what they had begun, has finally reached its end.

And when the hands of time have had dispersed
The blood and dying savage corpses.
When the memory has fought away
We will only remain of what we made ourselves this day.
